Yes they are allowed to arrest you.. the only difference is the cars are unmarked, these cars are mainly for catching overspeeding guys and slick criminals.. im not a biker.. ive tried to ride several times.. i end up in an accident.. ROFL! i swear to GOD ill never ride again.. XD

I see what you mean. do they allowed by law to stop you? in uk police cars are clearly marked so you know when to slow down. im not a maniac but if you are biker too, you should know how difficult is to ride within speed limit.

He cant ride that fast because here in japan.. if your over the speed limit.. you might hear a *beep beep* from a civilian car with an officer inside.. good bye motorbike.. police officers here are very strict..
