do not do that friction move that can actaully damage the back as you are not sapoz to go over the spin he really should have said that.... and aslo do not do if you have back problems..go to your gp first and ask about it...

wow...this is the most horrible massage I've ever seen!! have any of u ppl actually ever had a real massage cuz all i saw in that video was CRAP!! and as for the 16 dollar massage thats because they don't have to go to school for it there. They don't have to be registered either so just any average joe can say their a "massage therapist".

Same here! Sometimes have the idea that more pain is more healing... but that probably isn't true, but I like it more when it hurts more.
